We aim to deliver your food fresh and on time. However, delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).

Once the order is delivered to your provided address, Crispy Delight is not responsible for delays or quality issues caused after delivery.

Once food is being prepared or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

All our dishes are prepared in a clean, hygienic, and FSSAI-approved kitchen.

If you experience any issue with food quality, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with supporting details.
