Return & Refund Policy

At Crispy Delight, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to prepare and deliver your food fresh, hygienic, and exactly as ordered. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our policy below:

1. Food Orders

Once an order is prepared and delivered, we do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of food products.

If you receive the wrong order, missing items, or poor-quality food, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery.

Our team will review the issue and, if valid, we will offer a replacement or refund (as per management’s discretion).


2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered

Order not received

Food quality issue (with valid proof such as photo or video shared immediately after delivery)

Cancellation made before food preparation starts


3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

For cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.
